Pre-approved agencies can get vital information needed without going to the employer directly. The same exact information is made available through Past-Employ's online instant verification process or by faxing the request to us.

Social and Human Services Verifications Methods
- Instant Online Verifications: Approved agencies may access the most recent information from our clients instantly online. Once approved as a qualifying agency, you can request, view, and print verifications that include dates of employment, position, and income* for a fee of $4.00 per search *Income will include all payroll dates that our client provides us.
- Faxed Verifications: Approved agencies may request verifications via fax at no charge. Turn around time is approximately 4 - 5 business days.
- Batch Processed Verifications: Agencies may arrange to have "Multiple Processing" requests sent to our office for processing. We will arange a FTP model to allow several requests to be submitted to our office with one load process. Please contact us for further information.
