Q: Why was my email undeliverable?
A: There are a many reasons why your email may have been blocked: mistyped information, recipient no longer has email account, inappropriate material or some file types are blocked for security purposes (.exe, .bat, .chm, etc.). In some instances the email server sending your messages appears to be listed on a spam blacklist (and you many not even know about it). This may make it difficult for your messages to be delivered or received. Viruses can be distributed; it is possible that your machine may have been infected, which can allow your computer to be used to send spam email. If this is the case, your email address or IP may be blacklisted. Our spam blocking system synchronizes with such blacklists and hence will block anyone listed.
