Before we get started gathering the information needed to set up your account, we would like to set some expectations. This sign up process on average will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. There are some technical questions that will be asked, so we do recommend that you have a technical contact available. If you are like many of us and do not know any of the technical answers, don’t worry, we can skip them for now but please note skipping them will delay the set up process. Typical set up time is between 3-7 days depending on the format, number and size of the files you will be sending.
